This design is a prototype for the active control and monitoring of temperature in a chicken embryo incubator, using a simulator and employing accessible and low-cost information technologies, in order to ensure the incubation process in a timely manner. This prototype called AviTegg. uses the PIC16F877A microcontroller to program the digital data processing, control and communication to other devices. To validate the operation of the system as a whole, the Proteus Design tool was used as a simulator of the electronic circuit, where 3 monitoring variables were recorded: time, temperature and power supply voltages. The results of the simulator show that the temperature variations are effectively captured and regulated in the simulated device, allowing it to be maintained in the parameters established in the programming. |
