Each tenet is described through a poem aligned to a phrase found in the preamble. The illustrative work of Dr. Angel Mejico is superb in representing the concepts and the goals adjacent to the poetic work. "WE" provokes us to examine the intended expressions of our forefathers who penned the Preamble.
